As per Government Directives, for the health & safety of everyone and to restrict the spread of COVID-19 the Lockdown have been extended in the containment zones only by the respective state’s and UT’s. The government has also said that phase-4 to partially unlock shall begin from 1st September, 2020.All STPL offices are temporarily partially operational effective 08th June, 2020 and thereafter they will be opened as per their Zone in which they fall and rules and regulations applicable to such State and UT’s in which they are located including strict adherence to rules and regulations of the respective containments zones of such states and UT’s in this regards.
The post lockdown / phase -4 to unlock domestic tours will partially start on the scheduled dates from Tuesday 6th October, 2020 (Phase 4.0 to unlock till 30th September, 2020 and 5 days grace period for Guests to reach at the boarding point).The International Tours will commence as per the opening of International flights involved and the visa policies of visiting Countries of the respective tours. However, since the strategy of phase -4 to unlock is in place from 1st September, 2020 in a calibrated manner without compromising health and safety of the travellers. But, since in unlock 4.0 also state’s and UT’s have not yet opened/ restrictions are in place in the respective states and UT’s on movement of travellers pilgrimage and new series of tours which are yet not started/ launched. However, as and when they will be opened / restrictions lifted, the same shall be notified to you.
Guests activities outside the containment zones have been permitted but in much calibrated manner so as there is no danger either to you or anybody coming in your contact from 8th of June, 2020 , however, SOP’s and guidelines towards restrictions on travel which are essentially required for starting scheduled Travel & tours are yet to be roll out. So, Lockdown declared under the Disaster Management Act which tantamount to Force- Majeure conditions due to outbreak of coronavirus in the Country and world over to combat its spread and consequent death toll is continuing and extended based on decisions of respective States and UT’s and simultaneously phase -4 to unlock all States and UT’s have permitted with activities allowed partially so the restrictions till 30th September, 2020 is continuing.
All the tours are suspended till 30th September, 2020 until further notice. Guests are requested to refer Notice No. 1 dated 19th March, 2020 to Notice No. 11 dated 4th August, 2020 for any further clarifications. However, since the strategy of phase -1 to unlock is in place from 8th June, 2020 in a calibrated manner without compromising health and safety of the travellers so some of the regular domestic tours such as pilgrimage and new series of tours may be started/ launched soon and same shall be notified to you very shortly to keep with the emotions and demand of the tourists in this phase-1 to unlock.
The whole Country has been divided in to Red, Orange, Green and Containment Zones and accordingly the activities/ movements have been allowed/ relaxed in the respective Zones as per the danger of spread of Coronavirus in that Zone. From June 8, 2020 phase -1 to unlock shall be in place under which religious places, and places of worship for public, hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls will be permitted to open as per guidelines to be issued by the health ministry in consultation with Central ministries, State and UT’s for ensuring social distancing and to contain spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
But, the activities which still continue to be prohibited nationwide in phase -1 to unlock are International air travel, metro rail, cinema, gymnasium, swimming pools, entertainment parks, bars, auditoriums, large functions and gatherings etc.
However, there shall be no restriction on inter- state and intra - state movement of persons and goods but if the state and UT’s based on reasons of public health and its assessment of the situation, proposes to regulate movement of persons, it will give wide – publicity in advance regarding restrictions to be placed on such movement and related procedures to be followed. States, however, can decide on activities permitted outside containment zones. So, all activities in all other Zone shall be permitted as stated above.

CORONA Virus is in news across the Globe. Daily updates are there in print and electronic media and Government Circulars etc. In lieu of this, tourists are concerned about their travel in the environment of unfortunate Epidemic of Covid-19.
Government of India has issued a travel advisories on various dates stating to avoid non essential travel abroad. Further,the World Health Organisation - WHO (www.who.int) has declared the COVID-19 outbreak, a global pandemic. Later, Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs also issued Order of Lockout of Country till April 14, 2020 so as to prevent spread of COVID-19 in the Country.
View Kashmir finds it difficult to maintain the Time table of Tour Departures. Under these circumstances, being beyond the control of STPL & considering the safety of our tourists and as per Industry practices, we have Rescheduled all Domestic and International tours up to April 30, 2020 on March 18,2020 vide our NOTICE to Travellers No 2
As the situation is still under pressure of COVID 19 , we are compelled to Reschedule further Domestic and International tours between May 1 to May 15, 2020.
The guests scheduled to travel to Europe till April 30, 2020 will also avail the above rescheduling option.
In this unfortunate Force Majeure situation beyond the control of View Kashmir (STPL) is in active discussion with airlines, hoteliers, transporters, overseas suppliers and sight-seeing / attraction authorities all over the world. We are trying our best to keep the rescheduling charges as low as possible allowing our guests to travel on the same Domestic tours by March 31, 2021 and International tours by Dec 31, 2020.
In the unlikely event of any traveller finding the rescheduling of tour inconvenient, they may request for cancellation of their respective tours, subject to cancellation charges as applicable.

Even various State Governments have issued Notifications on COVID-19 advising Travel Companies to hold their Tours for some period. So Southern Travels finds it difficult to maintain the Time table of Tour Departures. Under these circumstances, being beyond the control of View Kashmir & considering the safety of our tourists and as per Industry practices, we are Rescheduling all Domestic and International tours upto April 30, 2020. We have also stopped booking for Tours till April 30, 2020.

Priority of calls are given to the guests whose tours are approaching nearby. All the tourist travelled with View Kashmir are safe.
All the tours already departed are moving as per schedule with our Tour Leaders and all guests are being informed for precautionary measures from time to time. The tours will return to India as per schedule. We are following all Government instructions & giving information to Government Authorities about the information and contact details of Tourists as and when requested.

These circumstances, being beyond the control of View Kashmir & considering the safety of our tourists, we are rescheduling all International Tours for the period between March 19, 2020 to March 31, 2020 in accordance with the Travel Advisory dated March 11, 2020 issued by the Government of India as well as prevailing Industry Practices.
All guests who have booked the tour and are scheduled to travel between March 19, 2020 to March 31, 2020 are requested to contact their respective sales/booking offices & Sales executives for rescheduling their tour.
In the unlikely event of any traveller finding the rescheduling of the tours inconvenient, they may request for cancellation of their respective tour, subject to cancellation charges as applicable.
All the tours already departed are moving as per schedule with our Tour Leaders. All guests are being informed about the precautionary measures to be taken from time-to-time. The tours will return to India as per schedule. We are following all the Government's instructions & giving information to government authorities about the information & contact details of the tourists as and when requested.
